Hi, I just checked in to svn/git some changes to enable viking to take advantages of google maps search services. You will find the new add-on in View menu and on the tool bar. Click on any of those and enter any search string that you normally feed to google maps and viking will jump to that location. After a search, you can make a way point for the location by left click on a TrackWaypoint layer and select "New Waypoint". As a bonus, the search string you enter previously will be recorded as "Comment" for the new waypoint. As usual, any comment/report will be appreciated. Enjoy, Quy |
