Are these requests to the server or to the local files ?

if it is about requests to server, I thought that commit
64d557a287f0e695856d6bc579293b399b8a07ea (Fix internal tile locking)
would solve this problem.


In any case, your commit might be clearer if an argument to fonction
draw_update() was added to propagate the information if we need a
download or not. I don't really like "global variables", but I
understand why you have added one there :)
