#171 Small waypoint symbols are used instead of the large ones

I run Viking 1.10 on Linux Mint 22.1 6.8.0-71-generic.
I think the waypoint symbol (icons) look awfull! I wanted to replace them for something modern and started looking for the file location. I ended up in the GitHub repo.

I read that the small waypoint symbols have been replaced by the large as default in 2008.

Opening the waypoint properties show all the small waypoint symbols as found in https://github.com/viking-gps/viking/tree/master/src/icons

    Oops, I appear to have broken it v1.9 (in commit SHA:031b138e0796ec3631d87cb4c736c26cdaae4d66)

    A fix will be applied to the latest source code in due course.
