Hi Bill,

it looks like you did not enable the uBLAS targets. Please use ccmake or 
cmake-gui to set the 'ENABLE_UBLAS' flag. This will provide the 
corresponding targets. In order to enable OpenMP, please select 
'ENABLE_OPENMP'.
