When I run Vienna, it doesn't show a text area to type in, only when I paste something *and* divide the window (pulling by slidebar) can I see the text. Is it a bug or just a great UI invention :)

Sorry, just testing IE6/JDKMerlin...couldn't resist.
Default size seems to be failing on the initial draw of the UI...please submit a bug report, complete with details of your OS/Hardware/JDK, etc. and anything else you might feel is appropriate to troubleshooting the issue.
I'm busy getting the docs and the CVS source tree inserted, with improvements for the new JDKs and trying to eliminate the Oracle-centric original design of the product...taking time, tho...

This is an issue with the new JDK...much the same issues are being seen by other projects that worked fine under the earlier JDKs.
Move back to the earlier JDK/JRE 1.3...this seems to be due to changes in the presentation libs in the new JDK/JRE.
