[Vienna-rss-patches] A proposal of modification to fix the "Export-subscriptions" problem

Hi Vienna Dev,

I'm a user of the localized (Japanese) version of Vienna 2.1.2 on OS  
X 10.4.9.
I like especially Smart Folder and Custom Style features.

Recently I've come across the problem that my subscriptions can't be  
exported into OPML file.
It seems that any subscription with non-ASCII characters in title or  
description can't be exported.

So I've checked out the source code of Vienna and I guess I've found  
the workaround.
I attached the file "mypatch.diff"(encoded in UTF-8) to this mail.
I would be happy if my patch contributes improvement of Vienna.
