libtheora-1.1.1 does not build clean out of the tarball.

What version did any of you all use with success and did you have to tweak it ?

I am going to exclude ogg, vorbis, and theora for the time being so I can move forward on this.

The ffmpeg I just pulled down does not accept "-enable-libfaad"
