Dumb question: Should I start with parsing the TrackingEvents that's inside the Wrapper tag?

Please correct if I'm wrong, but does it mean that for each Tracking URL we get in the TrackingEvents we'll do a HTTP request whenever the player that's playing the ad gets to that event? (mute, pause, fullscreen, etc)
