#1 Implement skippable ads

Similar to YouTube "Skip Ad". For Pre-Rolls only.
Design:

1. contains small thumbnail of video to be played afterwards
2. contains countdown: "You can skip video in ... seconds"
3. after countdown, just display "Skip Ad"

Does VAST allow this "skippable ad" specification?

I added the skip ad page but it might be useless if VAST doesnt allow it.
