#405 Remove the last references to obsolete ARCHEP_OS_WINDOWS

Inside:
vice/src/arch/shared/archdep_file_size.c
vice/src/arch/shared/archdep_file_size.h
the macro ARCHEP_OS_WINDOWS is used, but it seems it has been replaced by WINDOWS_COMPILE in all other sources of VICE.
Attached patch fixes them.

Its not only an obsolete define - its a typo aswell (which is probably why it was missed). Wonder how the windows build still worked though, guess the include isn't required anyway.

fixed in r45859 (found another place with the same typo as well)
