Improve Lorenz TestSuite Makefiles

PS: this patch is for the Lorenz TestSuite in the testprogs repo

• Prevent Lorenz Makefiles from producing exessive output during build - redirect c1541 (d64) copy file operations stdout to /dev/null
  • Modernize Lorenz Makefiles - replace embedded execution via backtick notation with the more modern $(execution) aka $ parens notation
  • Trim trailing spaces
