#136 Patch for out-of-tree cross compile builds (gentranslate_h.sh)

Attached is a patch that will make out-of-tree cross compile builds work (again)

When performing out-of-tree cross compiles gentranslate_h.sh could not be found because of its path (./gentranslate_h.sh) - this patch simply changes "." to "$(srcdir)"

Patch is verified by out-of-tree cross compiling for msdos, win32 and win64 on (arch) linux
