PATCH: xcbm2 (SDL) core dump when entering "Settings management" menu

Hi,

Attached is a patch that fixes core dump in xcbm2 (SDL) when entering "Settings management" menu.

Seen with latest svn trunk on Arch Linux 64 bit

Applied in rev 29848, thanx for the patch.

That work-around moves the crash to the next lower submenu. xcbm2 fails when we try to open the "Keyboard mapping" menu because that dynamic menu isn't created.

I attached a fix for the actual bug.
