#100 Patch for vice (x64) coredumping when displaying drive registers in monitor

Hi,

The attached patch fixes vice (x64) coredump when displaying drive registers in monitor.

Problem is quite easy to reproduce:
1) start vice (eg. x64)
2) go into monitor
3) switch to drive - mon cmd: dev 8:
4) show drive registers - mon cmd: r
5) coredump...

Damn, I believe that I managed to get the milestone wrong - should have been v2.4.x I guess ?
