#456 monitor command to "sync" the current disk-image.

For automated testing using the monitory it would be very useful to be able to ensure that the current disk-image is up to date on the local disk. Currently I have been using detach, and then re-attach. However it seems detach isn't an entierly synchronous operation so you cannot be sure when the disk image file has actually been updated.

We could perhaps add a sync <dev> command that does this?

    A new command for this sounds way impractical and pointless - why not simply sync every time the prompt is shown?
