#313 x128 VIC-IIe and VDC deinterlacing
After latest GTK3 update (Windows port) VIC-IIe real interlace works (320x400/160x400) and VDC interlaced modes are supported. Missing is deinterlacing - flickering removing, I don't know how is it with C64 fake-interlace and earlier I tested TED FLI on xplus4 - this was not yet working.
But I think for all machines will be deinterlacing useful. Please don't mark it as real machine features this not! If you want to be motivated look at Z64K or Kernal64...

yes interlace flickers, thats how it is, and thats how its emulated. we dont emulate what doesnt exist.
Yes, I know - but look at Z64K or Kernal64 - or if you don't want to emulate, allow user swap each frame to separate screenshots.
Even converters allow deflicker it...

you can already step frame by frame if you want to make "deinterlaced" screenshots
