#269 New missing "Dump keyset" menu item

Hi!

For changes in keyboard mapping I created dump on each tested VICE.
I used menu command "Dump keyset" and saw new items, for example:
64 ShiftLock Shiftflag, joyport keypad keys and each change.
Standard keymap shows no one of new features.
I tested revision 32350 - this command is missing and new settings added.
If is it no big problem add keydump button there again. I tried to find other way in help, but not ound or I'm blind.
