#263 VICE Monitor windows default positions setting

Hi!
When I'm using Monitor of VICE after each start of one of emulators when I open monitor I must to organize windows - console, register, memory, disassembly and then using it in whole emulation, when I close emulator windows positions is lost.
I know that it's fine tuning, but when can have any VICE emulator selected window size and position (in case of x128 both windows positions and sizes) why cannot config file have these values for Monitor windows written above? I mean it can be pretty nice, of course I understand that solving more important bugs or requests is first in line.
