#257 Allow Paste Special in keybuf syntax

Hi!

I'm very happy that command line has keybuf option. It's possible to use near all except keycodes over $7F...
Very nice feature of VICE is also Copy and Paste text from/into screen.
Very useful feature can be "Paste Special"
What it can be?
Paste same way and syntax like keybuf - so no problem to use keypress and perform any keypress which is possible only normally physically pressing keys.
Look at: I'm using x128 and it has ESC keycodes and other keystrokes. I have remapped keyboard and also using mapping so, that I can perform many actions externally, but for example ESC+X (swap screen) or Flash, Underline, Reverse, Ins, Del keystrokes I can use only by assigning to function keys by command KEY and it makes me function keys usable only for these keystrokes...

If is possible to create Paste Special in keybuf syntax, it will be useful.
