#254 Attaching diskimage with autodetect drive type, specify drive type not req'd

Hi!

I'm using VICE in many ways and have items in context menu also keyboard keystrokes.
Specifying drive type by -drive8type... makes for me more items in menu and more keystrokes...
VICE uses mounting diskimage by -8 "filename" (or -9 etc.)
Very useful can be autodetect drive type by disk image which will be temporary changed until VICE isn't closed.
For example config is: drive 8 = FD-4000, 9 = 1541
command -8 "disk.d71" attach nothing 'cause FD-4000 doesn-t support D71 image
it is possible to do by -drive8type 1571 -8 "disk.d71
nice and useful will be (only example) +8 "disk.d71" which detects image type and changes temporary drive to 1571, if used emulator cannot have 1571 connected, it attach nothing,
simple change -8 to +8 - it's similar to enable/disable option.

I have question to VICE emulation but nowhere found any possibility to ask anything.
If you can please reply to me answers to this Q:
How to use Windows shortcuts defined and possible to personalize in VSC file - I mean not how to personalize it, but where to place any "config" file ?
