#242 VIC-II Settings like in x64sc for x64 and x128

Hi!

I was configuring x64sc and was surprised by VIC-II settings. It's fantastic - user can customize machine really perfectly.
I don't know really the difference between x64 and x64sc - and want to know it, but nowhere is any QA Forum for VICE. If is it emulator based on 65SC02 CPU then understand.

Very nice feature can be added also to x64 and x128 - allow these changes to make in these emulators,
And please explain me difference between x64 and x64sc, I can't ask in other way.

the old not-so-accurate VICII emulation that is used in x64/x128/cbm2 simply doesnt have those options - and they cant be added either.
