#783 PETCAT - tokenize Basic 10.0 works not - bug or ?

Hi!
Since I'm owner of Nexys4DDR I'm working on it with Mega 65 and it has not yet finished write to media.
So, each program must to be entered manually and if I want to use it again I must to enter in other emulator, but Basic 10.0 commands are not tokenized - they stay as text without REM... (for example best results are in Basic 7.0 'cause it's last Commodore Basic before 10.0).
MESS emulates C65 too, but it also offers not save to media...
I can only enter Basic 10.0 program in x128 and for correct work need to manually enter each line on M65.
So, I tried PETCAT - there is as fact written that (de)tokenizes Basic 10.0.
I tried detokenize C65 program - success.
But when I tried tokenize, it outputs text, no tokens...
Is it bug or unfinished project?

when detokenize works then tokenize should work too - please provide a list of the keywords it doesnt understand

So, here is used command:
petcat -w10 -o program.prg -- text.txt

and source and result are attached.
