#579 Crash in monitor when dumping drive cpu regs.

Build tested: r28739 on win32.

1. Start x64 or x64sc (others?) with true drive emulation (1541).
2. Alt-M for monitor.
3. "dev 8:"
4. "r"
   This results in a crash with: "An unexpected error occurred. Received signal 11 ()."

Seems to work in v2.4 and at least up to r27731M from pokefinder.

I've come across this problem too - seen on both FreeBSD and Linux - both 64bit
