monitor "bt" does not work correctly on non-"dev c:"

It seems the "bt" command in the monitor always traces on the c64 stack, even when "dev 8:" is selected. I'm guessing all non-"dev c:".

The profiler (which also generates the bt info) only works for the main cpu right now
i have disabled "bt" for the drives now...
