#2057 -debugcart breaks snapshot writing

Starting with "x64sc -default -debugcart"
Hit Alt-F11 to write a quick-snapshot -> Error - snapshot error at position 0x150ff module 'C64CART' in file ...
Starting with x64sc -default +debugcart and subsequent snapshot writing works.
