On the SDL Version of VICE, anytime you select the window bar to move it VICE freezes. Is this by design or is there a setting to allow programs to run in background while you are moving the window around? It is not a huge annoyance but when you move it when games are playing sometimes the sound freezes in a bad spot. Thanks.

It's windows that does that (it doesnt happen in linux for example), cant do anything about it.
