Currently the ACIA settings for the SuperPET in XPET are located in the SuperPET tab under the Machine->Model section of the settings dialog.
For consistency with the other emulators the ACIA settings should be moved to the Peripheral Devices->RS232 section.
I will have a look at this, the SuperPET settings need some love anyway, getting a warning about the baud rate of rsdevice2: "Error - failed to set ID to 38400 for resource 'RsDevice2Baud', reverting to the first entry". And the layout isn't that great either.
