#1576 Infotext for monitor command n

The monitor command "n" supports the argument of a number of instructions it should execute (with 1 being default). This option is not presented in the help text. It should be similar to the step/z command I assume. So something like this:

(C:$1108) help n

Syntax: next [<count>]</count>
Abbreviation: n
