#1429 X64SC & X128 Will Not Open After Upgrade or Reboot Until Running as Admin

I am having the same issue as reported in bug

It seems that after an upgrade, or sometimes even just rebooting, I am unable to run the following emulators

x64sc, x128

Running the programs as ADMIN corrects the problem, and from that point forward, any user on the system can run the programs, until another update.

I have attached a before and after dump of running the program in the debugger. I hope this helps diagnose the problem.

Although it is not a real big showstopper, it is rather annoying to have to do this all the time.

please try with a recent build from github - it should be fixed
