#1350 Bug in error messages for missing PDF tools

When the PDF docs are requested, but texi2dvi or pdftex is missing, then error messages are supposed to be printed to the screen and "config.log". But, the lines in "configure.ac" that print those messages have an extra right-bracket at their end. It makes them put the messages into a stray file instead of "config.log".

I think that a right parenthesis shouldn't have been moved. The inner parentheses should surround only the option name.
