Attached prg should manifest buggy open border routine (black d021 instead of desired d021). All Vice builds up to 3.3 and real hardware reproduce this bug. Vice 3.4 cannot and displays d021 properly.

Not sure if trolling with three dicks or serious,

But latest trunk on Linux: https://ibb.co/qYgfr5S. Did you wipe $3fff or whatever the VICII bank is.

Dicks are part of MSL framework :D

I figured out what's the matter. I cleared ghostbyte in wrong bank. Vice 3.4 apparently has different values there after initialization.
