#1117 Smart-attach disk image, doesn't work when image contains localized characters

Smart-attach disk image, doesn't work when image contains localized characters (don't know the extend of the problem).
Example: Name a disk image "Icicle Race (2016)(Lønningdal, John Christian)(PD)[cr LXT].d64" and try to smart-attach it.

I tested this only with 46175, but I suspect is not limited to that version.
