#1047 Paused emulation - Display settings update shows black screen

When emulation is paused and the display settings are modified the resulting window shows black only. In unpaused mode the display is properly updated.

From my uneducated guess you have the current display buffered somewhere anyway, so displaying it also in paused mode should be easily possible.

that'd be kinda tricky to fix - normally the display is only updated when the emulation is running
