vfTasks alpha available in SVN

We comitted an alpha version of vfTasks, a C library to efficiently manage a pool of worker threads. Use vfTasks in conjunction with Vector Fabrics' vfThreaded-X86 or vfEmbedded products to quickly create data parallelism in your C code.
