some panick pack levels (19, 45, 46, 47, 48) have
wrong par somehow, like in level 19 par is 29, while
solution itself shows 30 moves (and it cannot be
beaten with 29 anyway)
to make it complete list:
level 19 par is 29 should be 30
level 45 par is 33 should be 39
level 46 par is 33 should be 43
level 47 par is 33 should be 39
level 48 par is 33 should be 46
while at it, level 59 is par is 46 and it can be beaten in
44
all of that is new level counts, beginning with 1, not 0
