Mainly a bunch of minor bug fixes with this release,

Bug fix: Mono mode with colored tracks showed grey track colors when Fill level was not zero. Fill level should have been ignored in Mono mode.
Bug fix: Shapes of zero size should never be rendered (so their PDF export works like Gerber export). Previously PDF export would render a dot for a zero size shape.
Bug fix: Component Name/Value text size was wrong when doing PDF export in Mono mode.
Bug fix: Vero labels should use same font as components when in Mono mode.
Bug fix: It should not be possible to add Vero labels in PCB mode.

I have also released an alternative Android build of VeroRoute (veroroute-2.39-phone.apk) on the files page (https://sourceforge.net/projects/veroroute/files/). This alternative Android build is geared towards Android phones rather than tablets.
The regular package for Android tablets (veroroute-2.39.apk) does not work well on phones because the dialog controls and icons do not fit on the phone screen.
The phone version of VeroRoute has high DPI scaling switched off. This means dialogs, icons and text will have a better chance of fitting on the screen as they will be smaller. The drawback is that it can be hard controllling things with your finger as everything is small. However if you plug in a USB mouse into the phone it can be used to control things OK. I have attached a screenshot of it running on a Samsung A15.
