#4 Application does not load

Running verifier.exe gives this error:

The application failed to initialize properly
(0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

When trying to register Classless.Hasher.dll it gives:

LoadLibrary("C:\Path\Verifier.0.2\Classless.Hasher.dll")
failed - The specified module could not be found.

Im using Windows XP Professional SP2. The same problem
was also there on my laptop, which also has the same
OS. Have not tested on any other machine. Using
verifier v0.2
