#96 Mount on startup doesn't work with Window 10 + UEFI

Hello,

I installed veracrypt on Windows 10 + UEFI.
I've got an encrypted system partition + an encrypted volume.
All passwords are entered using english keyboard.
I am able to mount the encrypted volume manually using the veracrypt gui.
The fast boost option has been deselected.
I added the mounted volume (on letter D which was not used by windows 10) in the system favorite. I checked the option "mounted when windows starts".
I disabled the UEFI secure boot.

After each reboot, the encrypted volume is not mounted on letter D. I must mount it manually.

I tested with the nightly build and it still doesn't work.
