#529 Fast Create: incorrect parameter volTransformThreadfunction:2772

Obvserved in versions: 1.26.3, 1.26.4, 1.26.5

OS: Windows 7-64

This feature is probably not supported in Win7, but the Betas are presently able to install and run in a Win7 VM that I use for testing and enabling Fast Create when creating a standard, non-system volume results in the error:

The parameter is incorrect.
