Instead of uploading blobs to launchpad https://launchpad.net/veracrypt/trunk and suggesting to users to manually download and install these blobs https://veracrypt.fr/en/Downloads.html without update functionality, please provide a PPA which users can add. There is already the unofficial PPA at https://launchpad.net/~unit193/+archive/ubuntu/encryption.
