#312 Bug: "Fast format" doesn't work when creating container (can't be cancelled)
OS: Win10 1909, VC 1.24 Update 2.
Bug: When creating a container and selecting "fast format"-option, progress jumps instantly to 100%, but VeraCryptFormat.exe has to write each byte of the whole containerfile before sucess comes. Clicking the cancel-button does not stop the formatting process, the GUI seems out of touch with VeraCryptFormat.exe. So the user has to wait without knowing the progress.
I suspect that it actually does a full format in the background.
(Tested with a 150 GB-NTFS-Container and a 3GB-FAT-Container).
However, fast format does work when creating an encrypted partition (I tried FAT and NTFS, both work very fast).
