#100 Conflict with Outpost Firewall 9.1 - computer hangs for 5-10 sec during mount/unmount

Hello,

I have the following issue: my laptop completely freezes (mouse pointer is not moving) for 5-10 seconds during container mount/unmount. It's becasue of conflict with Outpost Firewall Pro 9.1 Proactive Protection.
Made a research and everything points to Outpost\Proactive Protection\System guard option (check attached screenshot). Disabling it (System guard option) makes mount/unmount smooth again with no hungs or freezes.

My system: Win7 x86 SP1, VeraCrypt 1.18, Outpost Firewall Pro 9.1 x86 v9.1.4652.701.1951

    So, I've made further investigation and found why it happens:
    Outpost protects "Active Desktop" group, making setting from Prompt to Allow solves hangs.
    Looks like the problem is caused when VeraCrypt is accessing these keys in registy (which are protected by Outpost Firewall):
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop*
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop\General*
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop\Components*

    Thank you for reporting this conflit.

    Can you please check if enabling VeraCrypt option "Don't show wait message dialog when performing operations" in the preferences as shown below fixes this conflict without modifiying Output configuration?
    It is possible that VeraCrypt waiting dialog is the one causing access to the registry keys your cited above.
    I will add this information to the online documentation so that it can be easily indexed by search engines.

    Just checked - this is indeed the case, when this checkbox is checked, no freeze happens.
    Also, please mention both Outpost Firewall and Outpost Security Suite in your docs update.

    I have update the documentation to include this information (https://www.veracrypt.fr/en/Incompatibilities.html). It will be also included in the CHM User Guide copied by the Windows installer.
