It depends on a number of things.
1 make sure you do not do anything on the partition the volume was on - if you have written anything to that partition the chances of overwriting a critical part is a problem.
2 How big is it?
3 Do you have another partition that you can recover it too?

Do a google search for a good file recovery program,
Under no circumstances write anything to the partition untill you have recovered the file.
Should always have at least 1 backup, for times like this.
I don't know how it is done but it is annoying when a reply also has what the other person wrote to you.
Just write your message don't click on anything else except "post"

Was it a file container? Is it in your 'Recyle Bin'? If yes to both, he answer is 'Yes'; just 'Restore ' it. If not, what Philip Smith says is true.

Is there a program that I can restore? veracrypt volume
Do a google search for a good "file recovery program",
How does one reduce the size, increase the size of a VeraCrypt volume, or completely delete the volume?
