Whilst dismounting an external drive the computer locked up and the dismount failed.
I now can't access the external drive.
I can accept the loss of data but is it possible to reformat the drive so it can be used again.
At present it is not recognised by File Explorer.
I am using a Windows 10 64bit system.

In VeraCrypt when you click on Select Device, can you see the unmounted drive/partition(s)?
