    so i basically i had a
232 GB SSD System Drive (Encrypted)
    960GB HDD Game Drive (Encrypted)

Due to alot of junk files and stuff i decided to decrypt my system drive and format / reinstall windows to it
i did keep the keyfile for the 1TB HDD but it seems to not be working , which means the hard drive is useless unless i can get it working , for some reason its saying its the wrong keyfile but its the exact same one i used this morning to access it to play some CSGO.

i double checked and its the EXACT same keyfile for the 1TB but not accessing it at all but its deffinitly connected as i can see the partition on mountable Devices.

Is this fixable or am i going to have to buy a new HDD?

If checkung all other mount parameters is unsuccessful, You have to re-partiton/re-format the disk and restore Your backup. Then everything should be fine, either You have the disk encryted or unencrypted depending on Your backup.

This is a known issue when installing or perform Windows upgrades with other encrypted drives attached during installation/upgrade. Windows will see the other device as RAW format since it is encrypted and automatically quick format the drive to make it usable to Windows.

Try mounting using the option of embedded backup header.

If you cannot mount with the primary header (you already are getting the login failure) and the embedded backup header, then the only option is to restore the header from an external header file backup. If you did not make an external header file backup and neither primary or backup header will mount the volume, then Andreas's reply is your last resort.
