I try to Securely erase free space on the host volume (in the defragmented file system) after defragmenting, but I'm afraid I will delete all data from host volume.
    In help it says
    sdelete [-p passes] [-z|-c [percent free]] <drive letter [...]>
So if my host volume is disk E

     sdelete -p 7 -z -c E:

Will work fine for me ?

I very often use SDelete with only 1 pass,
    sdelete -z C:

      command

       sdelete -z C:

will delete all files from C: disk or just Clean free space ?
I was thinking I need to use -c to clean free space
