Sorry for my English. I have a problem with Veracrypt encrypted SSD under Windows 10. Already at the beginning there were problems with the keyboard. On one password entered correctly on another we received the message wrong password. In the end I was able to customize the keyboard that worked. Now there's an error with Windows 10 that won't start and I want to fix it, but I can't decrypt the disk. after inserting the disk into another computer and trying to connect it in veracrypt displays the message incorrect password. The password is correct but still does not work. Can anything be done about it?

You might be unaware that mounting an encrypted system partition from a separate computer requires a special option. From the standard password dialog, click the "Mount Options..." button in the lower right corner, and then check the box marked "Mount partition using system encryption without pre-boot authentication." Then click OK, and go back and enter your password and optional PIM. I hope that's the only problem.

Hi Kris,

Thanks, it works
