i created volume per tutorial at www.veracrypt.fr/en/docs/tutorial/
now when i try to mount it i'm returned this error message:
Operation failed due to one or more of the following: -Incorrect Password -Incorrect Volume PIN number. -Incorrect PRF (hash) -Not a valid volume
Found the error message in your online tutorial and tried to Restore Volume Header, which returns error also. Source: RestoreVolumeHeader: 10088
Removable media: Samsung 850 EVO 500GB Attached to: Sabrent SATA External Enclosure [USB 3.0 UASP]
OS: win 7 x64 VeraCrypt ver: 1.19 x64 Password length: 56, mix of upper-lower-numbers and ]!([*#
Veracrypt created vol fine, using drive letter E:
to mount i choose drive letter G:, mount as removable media, paste in PW from PW manager app, same PW used to create volume.
I've created volumes on two separate USB drives and i get the same error message when attempting to mount them.
any more troubleshooting ideas i can try?
Did you ever figure this out? No one replied to you and I'm having the exact same issue with same error msg.
