If I want to create a hidden volume for a disk I want to fully encrypt, and I start by encrypting the outer volume by doing a "long" format (not a quick format), does it changes anything to do a "long" format a second time for the hidden volume or is it just a waste of time since the disk has already been filled with random data the first time ?
