After major update from the previous week my Windows 10 stopped working.
I managed miraculously to start it in emergency mode and de-install update (which solved similar problem few year ago).
Unfortunately Windows froze after few minutes and now gets only into repair mode.
Cannot start it in emergency mode.

1 year old Rescue Disk does not work due to wrong password - maybe due to Veracrypt update I installed few months ago. Restored volume header - password accepted - but decryption gets frozen after some random 100MB.

I installed though Windows 7 on the other drive and I am STILL able to mount my corrupted Windows system partition (whole separate disk) with option without pre-boot authentication - all files are accessible.

Is it possible to decrypt the whole system drive without Rescue Disc, if it is mountable ..
I hope that If I got Windows drive decrypted, Windows 10 would get more responsive and after some steps I would make it working.

This is a messy situation. The first thing you need to do now, before you go further, is to make a sector-level image of your hard drive. This should always be your first step when having an issue with VeraCrypt. When VeraCrypt isn't working your data is in a fragile state and it is possible to damage things. Always make a backup image first.

When you used the Rescue Disk, what version of VeraCrypt was it from? Was it 1.19? This is important.

When you started Windows in emergency mode, was it after entering in your VeraCrypt password? When Windows 10 stopped working, was VeraCrypt still working?

Now when you try and start it, is the VeraCrypt bootloader still appearing?

Yes, it is possible to decrypt the entire system drive without the rescue disc, but it is a little tricky. Let me know the answers to the above, as it will affect how to proceed, then I can help you get your drive decrypted.
